TMZ reports that after suffering multiple seizures, Lil Wayne is in critical condition at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A. According to sources, there's evidence Weezy went on a Sizzurp binge after being released Wednesday, because doctors found high amounts of codeine in his system. Wanye's stomach was pumped 3 times to flush the drugs from his system.
It doesn't sound like his condition is getting better because we hear several people are at Wayne's bedside crying, and a number of rap
artists and family members are on the way. Sources say the scene is violent as Wayne shakes uncontrollably.
Reports are saying that he is being given his last rites ... with his family surrounding him to say their goodbyes.
Cash Money / Young Money 's Mack Maine is countering reports that Wayne is dying... He responded via Twitter saying,
Wayne is alive and well! We watching the Syracuse game...thanks for the prayers and concern..he will update you all soon. #love

9:00pm EST: Reports from TMZ are still saying that Lil Wayne is dying, claiming that his mother is on her way and she is the only one making the decision to take him off life support or not.
9:30pm: Despite reports that Lil Wayne is STILL unstable... His Twitter account says he is ok.

3/15/2013, A day later, it seems like Weezy is still recuperating in the hospital. Many celebrities including Nicki Minaj, Drake and Lil Wayne's "daddy" aka mentor Birdman paid him a visit.
According to CNN,
Drake appeared at the Los Angeles hospital, where Lil Wayne is being treated, with an entourage of Wayne’s friends. They pulled up chairs in the hallway near his room and set up a vigil.
The YMCMB publicist also released an OFFICIAL statement saying,
He is not in critical condition. He is recovering and doing well now. He appreciates everyone’s concern. But he is ok.
3/18, Reports say that, 6 days later, Lil Wayne is still in rough shape ... and remains in the intensive care unit at an L.A. hospital after being admitted for seizures stemming from a suspected drug overdose. We're almost sure he will be released just in time for his new album to drop March 26.
