After months of trying, Kim Kardashian is pregnant again. In multiple episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians, you can see Kim worked very closely with her doctors (and Kanye West) to establish a pregnancy and keeping an eye on her fertility. Well all that hard work pulled off because now North West is about to become a big sister!
Although Kim hasn't confirmed it, in a tease clip of next week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, she is seen spilling the beans to her sister Khloé, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!"
Of course, then came all the internet jokes asking if her next child will be named South West.
