ORIGINAL STORY:

Is this a case of karma eventually reaching its destination or a combined effort to ruin Bill Cosby’s career?

He has lost sponsors, resigned from the board at Temple University, this has even resulted in “The Cosby Show”  reruns being pulled and NBC halting development on his newest sitcom project. Bill Cosby’s world is slowly tumbling down, all after up to 20 women have accused him of rape… from years ago.

Find out what the Town is Talking about…

One of Bill Cosby’s latest accusers is supermodel Janice Dickinson. After first coming forward on Entertainment Tonight in mid-November, the noted “first supermodel”, 59, spoke out for a second time in an emotional interview with CNN’s Fredricka Whitfield on Sunday, Dec. 1.

Dickinson recalled the incident from 1982 when she was fresh out of rehab. Her first warning sign was when Cosby, now 77, offered her a glass of red wine at dinner. She turned that down, but when she complained about menstrual cramps, the beloved sitcom actor then offered her a pill, which she accepted.

“The last thing I remember was blacking out and Cosby mounting me like the monster he was,” she recalled. “And I was thinking, ‘What the heck?’ I remember passing out, but more specifically waking up. There was a lot of pain downstairs. There was semen all over me and that my pajama bottoms were off and my top was open and at that point — fight or flight! — I just packed up and got the hell out of there.”

Dickinson is just one of about 20 women to come forward in recent weeks, accusing Cosby of sexual misconduct. Many have asked why it took these supposed victims so long to tell their stories.

Though there’s no legal action she or any of the other victim can take against the actor so many years later, Dickinson did have some thoughts on what she wanted from her alleged attacker.

“I would like Cosby to come out and at least acknowledge that he is a pig, he is a monster, and he raped me,” she said before the interview ended.

Before the cameras turned off, Dickinson broke down crying.

The allegations of sexual misconduct against Cosby are not new. As Matt Giles and Nate Jones detail in an excellent timeline for Vulture.com, four women—Andrea Constand, Tamara Green, Beth Ferrier, and Barbara Bowman—made public accusations from 2004 to 2006 that Cosby had sexually assaulted each of them. However, until 2014, Cosby spoke frequently about social issues, gave numerous media interviews, and extensively toured to perform comedy routines. The allegations against Cosby had essentially gone away.

Now, these allegations have resurfaced.

R&B singer Jill Scott is among of one of Cosby’s supporters during this allegations.

After 20 women have come forward, Jill says they need proof and according to Jill to not take a shower after rape. Even though, most rape victims do not want to come forward at the time it happens due to embarrassment among other things…
