Lil Wayne is out of his "near-death" hospital stay just in time for his new album, I Am Not a Human Being II to drop March 26th, which he plugs in the video.
He also takes the time to announce his new tour featuring T.I. and Future, “America’s Most Wanted."
Tour dates are said to be announced on Monday.
