Nickelodeon Star's Naughty Tweet To Drake!

Since moving to New York from L.A., Bynes has been acting strangely, posting weird pictures on Twitter as well as raunchy and inappropriate tweets. A source close to the star tells E! that her family is "concerned for her welfare" and want her to move closer to them so that they can keep an eye on her... but she refuses to leave the Big Apple.

In a raunchy post early Friday morning, Bynes wrote a vulgar, sexual message about rapper Drake that had fans buzzing. The post had been retweeted more than 13,000 times within 12 hours of her posting it.
