Dead celebrities coming back to life in hologram form!

He's been dead since 1996 but this past weekend Tupac resurrected in concert at Coachella.

A clone Hollogram of the late great rapper appeared on stage screaming,

"What up Dre..what up Snoop!.... What the fu*k is up, Coachella?"

And then went on to do a full on performance...Sick!

How the heck did they make this happen?

The San Diego company that created the Tupac hologram explained,
"We worked with Dr. Dre on this and it was Dre's vision to bring this back to life,"
"It was his idea from the very beginning and we worked with him and his camp to utilize the technology to make it come to life."

The Tupac hologram was several months in the planning, took nearly four months to create in a studio and could cost anywhere from $100,000 to more than $400,000 to pull off.

"I can't say how much that event cost, but I can say it's affordable in the sense that if we had to bring entertainers around world and create concerts across the country, we could put [artists] in every venue in the country."
said the President of the company.

Could this be the beginning of resurrecting more dead celebrities? What about dead musicians going on a Hologram tour?

According to sources, there are already talks of a Tupac tour.... so it's attainable.

Think of the possibilities...... A young Micheal Jackson reuniting with the Jackson 5, The Doors resurrecting Jim Morrison, Nirvana with a virtual Kurt Cobain or Tupac AND Biggie sharing a stage.

What about Religious figures? Your dead relatives in your living room? How far is this going this go...

So we got to ask, bringing celebs back to life.... totally awesome or totally freaky?

  1. My kids like biggie's music better than pac. I always said it back then that biggie's music will be classics ...but others thought different.. well... Compare both net worth. Big two albums out sells pac 10 albums.
