Clippers Owner SPEAKS OUT!! After NBA LIFE Suspension & Racist Audio Leaked By Mistress!!

UPDATE 05/05/2014: Donald Sterling is on the hunt to hire a major L.A. law firm to sue the NBA for suspending him and attempting to strip him of ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers

ORIGINAL REPORT:

This guy has everyone talking this week!! Donald Sterling, the owner of the NBA Clippers, had some racist audio leak by his mistress and now he is in HOT water!!

Mr. Sterling is heard on the audio, telling his Black and Mexican Girlfriend to not attend games or be seen with Black people...

"It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?" 

 "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want.  The little I ask you is not to promote it on that ... and not to bring them to my games."

"...Don't put him [Magic Johnson] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so they have to call me.  And don't bring him to my games."

After this audio leaked:

NBA Commish Adam Silver made an announcement... saying the NBA has BANNED Sterling for LIFE and also fined him $2.5 million.The NBA Commissioner insists,

"I will do everything in my power" to "force" Sterling to sell the Clippers... 

"I fully expect to get the support I need from the other NBA owners to remove him," 

As for the ban, Sterling will not be allowed to attend any NBA games or practices ever again ... and will not be permitted inside any team facilities. 

The $2.5 million fine will be donated to anti-discrimination and tolerance efforts. 

Silver says the ban will only pertain to Donald -- and not to his family members. 

During the news conference, Silver said he was "personally outraged" by Sterling's comments...

"The hateful opinions are those of Mr. Sterling.  The views expressed by Mr. Sterling are deeply offensive and harmful." 

NBA Hall of Famer, Magic Johnson -- who Sterling did not want seen with his GF because he is Black -- has tweeted that he is "very happy and satisfied" with Silver's decision. 

We hear that Magic is also in talks of BUYING THE TEAM! But Sterling isn't having it!

Since the ban:

We hear Sterling has actually spoken out and says he is NOT selling the Clippers. 

According to reports, Sterling told Fox News' Jim Gray the team was NOT for sale. Gray said on Fox News he spoke with Sterling just before NBA Commish Adam Silver banned Sterling for life but did not report it until after the conference. 

The NBA Commissioner does say if 3/4 of the NBA owners get on board they can force Sterling to sell the team.  If that happens it looks like Sterling may well go to legal war.

This is not the first time Donald Sterling has had racist remarks either. Sterling was sued by the Department of Justice  in 2006 for housing discrimination. Though Sterling has no problem paying black people millions of dollars to play basketball, the feds allege that he refused to rent apartments in Beverly Hills and Koreatown to Black people, Spanish people and people with children.

And did we mention Sterling's wife is also currently suing his Girlfriend, for all the gifts Sterling splurged on her. .. including a home and Ferrari. This is a big 'ol MESS.
