Yes she did!....Well not really....
So everyone know Kim Kardashian's brother Rob Kardashian is on "Dancing with the Stars" right...well instead of Kim telling her Twitter fans to call Rob's DWTS number...she said it was Justin Bieber's number...
“OMG I have @JustinBieber's phone #!!!! 800 8683402! CALL HIM! He's taking calls for the next hour!!!!”
and Twitter went bizzerk!
This statement was retweeted by Kim's mom, Kris Jenner, who has 1.4 million followers, and more than 100 other people.
Of course it's really not the Biebs phone number....the digits were actually the “DWTS” voting line for her bro and his partner, Cheryl Burke.
Kim later tweeted:
“Ok guys obviously I'm joking, that's not Justin's #! But seriously call & vote for @RobKardashian& @CherylBurke 800 8683402!!! Xoxo.”
But an anonymous "DWTS" insider says they are not happy behind the scenes..
“It is totally unfair that Kim did that....The other celebs on the show don’t send out fake information to trick people into voting.”

There’s been no word from “DWTS” officials on whether this will effect his status on the show.
