Lil Wayne went off on the Miami Heat but is he sorry?

No Way!

Weezy says he's NOT SORRY for saying his recent NBA rant,

Lil Wayne trashed the Heat and the NBA during an All-Star Weekend performance, claiming the Heat got him banned from all NBA events.

 "F**k LeBron. F**k She Wade. F**k Chris Bosh. F**k all y'all."
He even claimed he banged Chris Bosh's wife.

"I f**ked Chris Bosh wife."

But Wayne's not sorry for what he said -- telling 99 Jamz radio station,

"I don’t apologize for that night. I don’t apologize for being who I am ... I don't take nothing back ... This is who I am."

But he DID say...

"I didn't mean to say ['f**k LeBron.'] That's my homie."

And he also apologized to the CITY of Miami for his outburst ... but he specifically did NOT apologize to the Miami Heat.

The NBA says Wayne was NEVER banned from their events.

As for the Chris Bosh wife comment... even though she did not respond directly to Weezy, she let her Twitter timeline speak for herself, retweeting a series of positive tweets that allude to her current situation.

"Truth prevails. Today stand in your truth and ignore the chatter around and about you. #myhighestself #TodayICan,"

one read.

She also reposted a message written by fellow basketball wife/ actress Gabrielle Union,

"Some people attack those who have the peace & joy they wish they had! Pay them no mind! Live your dream, strut & wave."
