Chris Brown was seen in Hawaii this weekend showing off a new tattoo on his chest. No word on exactly when he got the tattoo or exactly what it is, but we suspect that the job was done during his trip to Hawaii this weekend.Why was Chris Breezy in Hawaii, you ask? Well apparently he and some NFL players are in town for a children’s charity event hosted by the Kemoeatu Brothers Foundation.
