Now that Bobbi Kristina's family has decided to let her pass, after months on life support, prosecutors are gearing up for their murder case.
Previously, we reported that after Bobbi was found submerged in her bath tub, police opened a murder investigation pointing towards her boyfriend, Nick Gordon. Since her family has decided to let her die, the murder case can now thoroughly begin and it's already starting to look very ugly.
The Fulton County D.A. tells TMZ,
" In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest."
Bobbi's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, is still looking like the main suspect.

Bobbi Kristina suffered injuries to her face before she was found submerged in a bathtub -- according to a report -- and that sparked the investigation focusing on her boyfriend Nick Gordon.
Roswell PD started taking a closer look at Nick and Bobbi Kristina's relationship after certain injuries raised their concerns.
Nick is currently also being sued by Bobbi's estate. According to Bedelia Hargrove, the conservator of Bobbi's estate, Nick transferred $11,000 from Bobbi's bank account to his own after she fell into a coma earlier this year.
Multiple sources say there is a history of violence in their relationship -- and their friend Max Lomas told police Nick was acting strangely before they found Bobbi Kristina.
