Could Justin Bieber get deported?

In just a week, a petition to deport the Canadian singer has collected over 100,000 signatures and is now in the hands of the White House. Yikes.
"We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture,"

reads the online petition

"We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation's youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.

So will the White House take agree to this petition and actually deport the Biebs?

Probably not because the U.S. immigration law states that authorities do not revoke an individual's visa unless the person has been convicted of a violent crime or been sentenced to more than one year imprisonment. Justin hasn't been convicted of neither.
