So Yung Berg doesn't fight the men that robbed his chains on multiple different occasions… or when the dudes made videos of themselves flaunting his chains all over the world…. or how about when fellow rapper, Maino, slapped him in the club. But according to recent reports Yung Berg DOES fight women who talk back to him because he left them to pay the bill!

"Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood" star Yung Berg flew into a drunken rage that ended with his GF allegedly getting choked ... all because his credit card was declined.

According to sources close to Yung's GF, Masika Tucker (also on "Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood)... after a booze-filled night at the "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" reunion show in NYC, Berg went to pay his bill, but the card was over limit.

Yung stormed out, went to his hotel and Masika followed.  She told him she paid the bill and schooled him for leaving her ... and he reacted by grabbing her by the neck, throwing her on the bed and pulling her out of the room by her hair.

Yung then allegedly continued his assault by choking her out.

TMZ broke the story ... Yung was arrested for "obstruction of breathing."

Masika is already jumping to Yung's defense, saying it's totally out of character for him ... and she blames it all on alcohol.

On “Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood”, Berg was dating fellow co-star Hazel E. Hazel and Masika were friends, even with Masika giving Hazel advice to leave Yung Berg because he did not really like her. Then Masika started dating Berg herself. Go figure.

Hazel responded to Yung Berg choking Masika last night saying that,
