Not AGAIN! Chris Brown Huge Brawl With ANOTHER Singer!

Here he goes again!

Another day, another problem fro Chris Brown. It seems as if he was in an all-out brawl last night at an L.A recording studio with singer Frank Ocean.... and Frank insists Chris started it.

According to the report, Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said,

"This is my studio, this is my parking spot."

Because Chris was trying to park "in Franks spot."

We're told Chris went to shake Frank's hand ... and that's when one of Frank's people attacked Chris.  Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris' friends jumped in front and hit Frank's friend.

Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris ... Chris pushed him away and they started brawling.

This is not the first time Chris Brown and Frank Ocean have had problems...

In case no one knew what happened, Frank Ocean decided to dry snitch and tell the world on Twitter,

"got jumped by chris and a couple guys. lol. i only wish everest [his dog] was there. cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."

In return, Chris instagramed a photo of him in the studio BEFORE the incident with the caption...

"Working on my album. Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows."

Looks like singer Mario was also there, according to the photo.

Cops were called and are referring to Frank Ocean as the "victim" since Chris left the scene of the incident.

No arrests have been made.
