Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey went head on and it GOT UGLY!!!

We have been telling you for months now of possible problems with Nicki Minaj and Mariah on set of "American Idol" and even before the show started filming. A few weeks ago, Mariah debunked the rumors but now footage shows it's getting ugly in there. TMZ is reporting that Nicki Minaj cursed at Mariah Carey and threatened her during the Charlotte, North Carolina auditions. You can actually watch the video below of Nicki yelling,
"I'm gonna knock you out"
and,
"I told them I'm not f*ckin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there."
Sources say the whole thing exploded over a disagreement over a contestant's performance and the set was then shut down for the day....

Going to bed in Charlotte after an anything but dull day at #idol auditions.

UPDATE: Nicki Minaj responded to Mariah about the cat fight on Twitter saying,
All I do is compliment u. That's not enuff? Ur a legend, cheer up. U don't have to run down ur resume or feel intimidated. Shady McGrady...
She also went on to send out tons of fan feedback including one that read,
"Don't ever compromise ur integrity 4 the fame. When ppl need 2 be checked, do it & F what ppl have to say."
