As you may know, Jay-Z is part owner of the Nets, who have moved out of Jersey to Jay-Z's hometown of Brooklyn.....

Word is Jay will be the 1st artists to break in the new arena with himself and some friends in concert...
Jay-Z likely will be joined by his wife, Beyoncé - who by then will have given birth to the couple's first child - at one of the shows, and will bring on a series of other performers, sources said.
