It is said that 50 Cent has undergone laser surgery to remove some of his tattoos for Hollywood. 50 says in certain movie roles, the directors ask him to hide the tats, which involves him arriving to the set four hours before call time just to sit in the makeup chair and get covered, so he got them permanently removed off his right arm.
