OOPS! Sofia Vergara Nip Slip During NYE Brawl (PHOTOS)

A fight broke out at a table near Sofia Vergara on New Years Eve, when she was partying with her fiancé, Nick Loeb. Allegedly, a guy at the table next to them spilled his drink on Sofia and her fiance and the man started arguing... which then lead to a scuffle. Sofia stepped over to break up the fight but got knocked to the floor.. and that's when her "girls" popped out.

Reports also say that Sofia and her fiance Nick argued a bit on their own after the fight and soon left the club. The following days the couple was spotted having some fun in the sun at the beach but photos do show Nick with multiple scratches on his body...
