Nicki Minaj along with Lil' Wayne and her whole Young Money team walked out of HOT 97's Summer Jam Concert for disrespecting her during the show... the same one she was headlining!

"I know there's some chicks here waiting to sing 'Starships' later. I'm not talking to y'all right now,"
HOT97 Morning Show host, Rosenberg said at the Sumer Jam pre-concert festival on Sunday...
"F--- that bulls---. I'm here to talk about real hip-hop s--."

After that, Lil' Wayne sent out a simple tweet,

Young Money ain't doing summer jam.

...pulling Nicki Minaj and any other Young Money members from the show.

Proving more loyalty, none of Nicki's guests performed either. Guests like Nas AND Lauryn Hill were supposed to pop up on stage during Nicki's headling performance. But that was ALL pulled from the show.

Even Lauryn Hill took to Twitter to clarify the situation.

“No disrespect to Nicki, but I need to clear up an inaccuracy.....I was not scheduled to be a special guest on her set at Summer Jam, I was invited by Nas to perform with him.
“I don’t have details on exactly what transpired between the station and the artists, but I do support artists standing by their beliefs, and walking with integrity. We have to find a better way to commercially exploit music, while giving artists their proper respect.

“This cannot be done while taking their contributions for granted, or trying to control the scope of their growth and power through threats and fear tactics. We can do better than this, there is a better way, or else ‘we’ (the proverbial we) find ourselves in danger of being hypocrites!!!”

Nicki defends her choice,
"No on has the right to treat you like this. I don't care if you're working at a top company and you walk into that board room and you're the only women in there and you hear men insulting you, you're not going to work in that room. You put in as much work in this company just like every man here. Until you respect me I'm not going to walk in that room."

"What I won't do is perform in a place where people don't respect me."

"After that disrespect, I still was going on that stage. And you know what? Shame on me. Lil Wayne gave me a valuable lesson on self-worth."

Got to give it to Nicki for standing up for herself and her entire team and fellow rappers for showing such loyalty.

What would you have done if this happened to you or friends?
